Що і чому робила команда Garage Gang для відновлення життєстійкості у 2022 році

Щороку роботу команди платформи Велика Ідея можна виміряти у трьох ключових показниках: загальній сумі внесків, кількості доброчинців та кількості реалізованих проектів. 

Так за 2022 рік 4 404  доброчинці фондували 5 млн гривень, щоб своє втілення знайшли 19 проектів (з 43 опублікованих). Побачити які саме проекти успішно залучили кошти можна на сайті.

Щороку ці цифри стрімко збільшуються не зважаючи ні на що. Збільшуються вони завдяки людям та тому, яку культуру доброчинства вони формують навколо. А ми, команда платформи, створюємо та підтримуємо зручний для того інструментарій та щороку продовжуємо робити все можливе, щоб залучати кошти та формувати спільноти було легше.

Для нас, як команди, цей рік теж став роком випробувань, і через це ми й хочемо згадати все те, що зробило нашу команду сильнішою та привело туди де ми є.

Ще в  січні ми запускали новий проект “Go BiGGGA! club for talents relations” — клуб, що створювався як простір для взаємодії в екосистемі бізнес талантів, обміну практиками та цікавими думками на основі досвіду бізнес експертів! Ми саме змонтували дискусії з бізнес експертами на тему "Збалансовані команди і як їх вирощувати”    та випустили їх у вільний доступ. У 6 епізодах циклу зародження-становлення-розквіту-трансформації-смерті команд зібрані найцікавіші елементи дискусії експертів, які формують ширше розуміння теми взаємин в команді та підказують ідеї та дієві інструменти для вирішення нагальних кейсів у командах! 

З початком повномасштабного вторгнення, після перших шокових днів, ми сфокусувались на підтримці безпеки членів команди. 

А в березні, коли трішки адаптувались до нових реалій життя та роботи, оперативно допомагали командам переспрямувати кошти на пріоритетні витрати організацій та підтримку ЗСУ. 

В квітні адаптовували діяльність платформи до нових умов. Нагадали доброчинцям про "вільні кошти", які вони можуть перенаправити на проекти підтримки ЗСУ та тих, хто постраждав від війни. Фокусом у роботі знову стала підтримка проектних команд до адаптації роботи та збору коштів в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення.

В травні командою конструювали нові програми (про які скажемо далі), які підтримуватимуть ініціативи та організації у залученні ресурсів та формуванні спільнот в 2022 та наступних роках.

В червні запустили власну програму "По кроку за раз до перемоги України" в рамках якої скасували комісію за публікацію проекту до 24 серпня 2022 року та підсилили проектні команди юридичними, комунікаційними та загальними безоплатними консультаціями з краудфандингу.

В липні ми розпочали марафон життєстійкості «По кроку за раз до перемоги України», щоб допомогти собі та спільноті доброчинців знайти власний ритм та темп у протистоянні довготривалим перешкодам та зберегти віру, витримку при русі на великі та невизначені дистанції. Як результат взаємодії спільноти ми зібрали 11 історій життєстійкості організацій та ініціатив, які попри складність роботи в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення стали найбільш ефективними та потрібними там де вони є. Прочитати історії команд "Будуємо Україну Разом" "Платформи Острів", нетворкінгової платформи "Навзаєм", молодіжного хабу "Халабуда", освітнього простору "RE:space", майстерні "Sklyanka.lab", соціального підприємництва "Вільна нитка", школи естетичного виховання з Полтави, команди "Солом'янських котиків" та команди "Veteran Hub" можна на сайті. 

В серпні провели відкриту "Майстерню Спільнокошту", де говорили про те, чому важливо залучати кошти прозоро, діяти відкрито та вести постійний діалог зі своєю спільнотою.

У вересні зайнялись посиленням та розширенням команди. Тепер маємо в команді чудових координатора платформи Анну Шутенко та юриста Олександра Лютого.

 В жовтні провели стратегічну сесію організації та сформулювали напрямки органічного розвитку екосистеми Big Idea. Про напрацювання якої ви будете дізнаватись по ходу втілення проектів в 2023 році.

В листопаді запустили нову програму орієнтовану на глобальних доброчинців та міжнародні фонди "Small Acts Change the World" та провели навчання з глобального краудфандингу Big Idea School. 

А в грудні дали час команді перепочити, відновитись та провести різдвяні свята з близькими.

Дуже дякуємо доброчинцям та проектним командам за те що своїми діями підіймаєте краудфандинг, а значить і силу духу, на неймовірно високий рівень.

Попереду ще багато викликів, але спільними зусиллями та з розумінням того як об'єднувати спільноти ми все здолаємо. До перемоги!

About the events that make us stronger

What and why the Garage Gang team did to restore resilience in 2022

Each year the work of the Big Idea team can be measured in three key indicators: the total amount of contributions, the number of philanthropists and the number of implemented projects. 

Thus, in 2022, 4,404 philanthropists funded 5 million hryvnias to implement 19 projects (out of 43 published). You can see which projects have successfully raised funds on the website.

Every year these numbers are rapidly increasing in spite of everything. They are increasing thanks to people and the culture of charity they form around them. And we, the platform team, create and maintain convenient tools and continue to do our best every year to make it easier to raise funds and form communities.

For us, as a team, this year was also a year of challenges, and that is why we want to remember everything that made our team stronger and brought us to where we are.

Back in January, we launched a new project "Go BiGGGA! club for talent relations" - a club that was created as a space for interaction in the ecosystem of business talents, exchange of practices and interesting thoughts based on the experience of business experts! We have just edited discussions with business experts on the topic "Balanced teams and how to grow them" and released them for free access. In 6 episodes of the cycle of the origin-establishment-blooming-transformation-death of teams, the most interesting elements of the expert discussion are collected, which form a broader understanding of the topic of team relationships and suggest ideas and effective tools for solving urgent cases in teams! 

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, after the first shocking days, we focused on maintaining the safety of the team members. 

And in March, when we adapted to the new realities of life and work, we promptly helped the teams to redirect funds to the priority expenses of the organizations and support the Armed Forces

In April we adapted the platform's activities to the new conditions. We reminded philanthropists about "free funds" that they can redirect to projects to support the Armed Forces and those affected by the war. The focus of the work was again to support project teams to adapt their work and fundraising in the conditions of a full-scale invasion.

In May, we designed new programs (more about which below) that will support initiatives and organizations in attracting resources and building communities in 2022 and beyond.

In June, we launched our own program "One Step at a Time to Ukraine's Victory", under which we cancelled the fee for publishing a project until August 24, 2022 and strengthened project teams with legal, communication and general free consultations about crowdfunding basis.

In July, we launched the resilience marathon "One Step at a Time to Ukraine's Victory" to help ourselves and the community of philanthropists to find their own rhythm and pace in confronting long-term obstacles and to maintain faith and endurance when moving over long and uncertain distances. As a result of the community's interaction, we have collected 11 stories of resilience from organizations and initiatives that, despite the difficulty of working in the conditions of a full-scale invasion, have become the most effective and needed where they are. You can read the stories of the "Building Ukraine Together" teams of the "Platform Ostriv", the networking platform "Navzaym", the youth hub "Halabuda", the educational space "RE:space", the workshop "Sklyanka.lab", the social entrepreneurship "Free Thread", the school of aesthetic education from Poltava, the team "Solomiansky Kotuky" and the team "Veteran Hub" on the website. 

In August, we held an open "Spilnokosht Workshop", where we talked about why it is important to raise funds transparently, act openly and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the community.

In September, we started strengthening and expanding the team. Now we have a wonderful platform coordinator Anna Shutenko and lawyer Oleksandr Liutyi.

In October, we held a strategic session of the organization and formulated the directions of organic development of the Big Idea ecosystem. You will learn about the developments of which in the course of project implementation in 2023.

In November, we launched a new program aimed at global philanthropists and international foundations "Small Acts Change the World" and conducted training on global crowdfunding Big Idea School. 

And in December gave the team time to rest, recover and spend Christmas holidays with loved ones.

We are very grateful to the philanthropists and project teams for raising crowdfunding, and therefore the strength of spirit, to an incredibly high level.

There are still many challenges ahead, but with joint efforts and understanding of how to unite communities we will overcome everything. To victory!
